When working at fast food, I always try to be extra accommodating to the elderly and juveniles. The other day some kids came in and only had 15 bucks, so I gave them a discount so they could get a proper meal. This same day, one of our regular elder ladies came in. She had mistakenly ordered a meal she didn't want, so I asked the manager, since she's a regular, if we could just exchange it for something the same price and make what she wants. She said yes. So she was accommodated and had a hopefully good Friday evening, with the food she likes.
