I think you'll need to look into different mods for the 1st person torch/candle light spell and try to match their looks; probably by editing the mods ur self desu
I tried to match 3rd person spell enb lights with this 1st person spell mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/56830
unfortunately its 1st person enchanted weapon lights glowed like a nuclear boom and I haven't went back to troubleshoot it yet
