Thomas Crooks has to still be alive, right? It was obviously Maxwell Yearick who died on that roof, but he is still a missing person with no death certificate. Crooks has a death certificate. They used Yearick's body for the autopsy, of course. So, Crooks has to be alive. His death was faked like McVeigh's. He's going to be used for future operations that will never be tied to his birth name in the future.
