Here's the same location in London, google maps October 2024. This is a giga hipster area, hence the graffiti. There's top tier bagel spots and arthouse cinemas there. London is not a great example for failures of multiculturism, it has its problems but day to day its an excellent place to live in if you are at least a low-tier white collar worker. The art scene is thriving, food is great and the locals are generally civilised human beings.
