how do you hold through a coin that has this price action?

you bought at the start or near the start, it crashed, then ure in a big loss for months, then suddenly ur position goes 500X

how do you avoid selling during the crab phase chasing other launches?

only asking because im holding a coin where im down like 20% on, but i have insane conviction for it, all the settings are there for it to have this parabolic growth occur in a few weeks/months time, but at the same time, i hate missing new opportunities that pop up... but I dont have the same conviction on those new opportunities

I legitimately believe the market is completely ignoring this coin but its still in the tens of millions market cap and still gets lots of volume, it very much seems like one of those shitcoins that will crab in the 20-30m range, and then one day pop up to 300-500m

The question is, how to survive holding mentally through it until then? do i just looking at charts and set alerts and go touch grass?
