Ye, Over the Nexus is my favorite too, I remember playing it with my cousins.
Other than that, I guess nothing really rivals Legacy of the Duelist, it was everything anyone at the time could have wanted about a YGO game, even if it wasn't perfect. I wish we had a PvE mode with Legacy of the Duelist sprites and concept in MD, I mean, I know we have those retarded challenges, but they stopped at GX, without the context they feel like random duels. It's not hard to just port the stuff from Legacy to Master Duel, but for some reason, Konami just refuses. Same with assets from other games like Cross Duel.

I do have Altergeist, but to be honest, I never really played them in-depth to know how to soup them into Allure Queen. Although I do like playing pure decks, just to prove that in a vacuum, their core concepts can work on their own. I did find Allure Queen snatching monsters just a pretty enjoyable concept.
