I'm more of a fan of the older titles, but I still think New Order and Old Blood are good. Hipfiring isn't penalized by an accuracy penalty like other generic shooters, nor is there an accuracy penalty just for moving or jumping. My main complaint is that it still has one foot in the door with modern design sensibilities and never fully committed to the PC-oriented movement and combat design that the series is built upon. Nu-Doom did, and that's why it took off.
I also like the art direction, it's gritty and atmospheric in the first one. I actually think Mick Gordon's work in Wolfenstein is his best work, and there's some nice fanservice for older fans with some tracks referencing the older tracks. The level design in Old Blood is Nu-Wolfenstein at its best, with these composed circular arena-like levels at times with some elevation changes allowing for dynamic fights to take place. It's nothing amazing, but it does the job. Finally, I also like the secrets and the items you can find in nooks and crannies. It rewards you for your exploration.
