Yeah but before I was looking at ancient and medieval Ethiopian history. The queen of Sheba was Ethiopian. She converted to Judaism after meeting Solomon, possibly had a love child. Then she took a bunch of priests with her to Sheba and there was a large population of Ethiopian Jews who later got the Ark of the Covenant. Then they converted to Christianity centuries later.
