There are 38 gals in the village if we count Hana and Konoha, which I think we have to.
Assuming it takes you about 5 minutes to take care of each foot, given how there's two of them for each girl, that's over 6 hours of licking. Even if we assume you get enough practice to clean them twice as fast after a month or two, that's still 3 hours between the first and last pair of feet. Even if they don't move and just laze around, that's enough for them to dry up.
I'm terribly sorry anon, but this basically means you'll have to keep licking their feet and eating/sleeping under Hana's soles for the rest of your life.
