God do I love Vladimir Putin! He has his flaws, as all humans do, but he is the best thing that's happened to Russia in God knows how long, maybe since Kutuzov chased Napoleon's army out of The Motherland.
Here is Putin responding to a question about whether Europe's ongoing military buildup (at huge expense to European taxpayers) will eventually become a credible threat to Russia. Of course, the Nazi propagandist Putin refers to is Goebbels.
>“A Nazi propagandist once said that the more incredible the lie, the faster people will believe it. This legend that Russia is planning to attack Europe, the NATO countries, is the same inconceivable lie,” Putin said. “Everyone understands that this is nonsense. And they deceive their population to ensure the extraction of money from the budget… and to explain failures in the economy.”
Here is the story on RT:

And I love the jab Putin takes at European economic failures and how European governments are straining to justify their economic failures to their people.
The biggest reason for Europe doing so poorly in recent years is the loss of inexpensive Russian fuel. This is devastating the German economy in particular, but is harming all of Europe.
