What I find frustrating about Osamu is that in later arcs we can see he is clearly good at administrative tasks, which is fine since people have different strengths. But this story centers on battles and fighting. How can the main character have zero combat ability, reflexes, or situational awareness in a story about fighting? This problem is even more apparent because he is surrounded by people who are truly gifted.
