there be spooky spirits, and they control much of reality. if you know them and are on good terms with them they'll alter reality for ya, tho only within reason. they are also able to change people, like they changed me. there seems to be many families of spirits working towards their own ends, coming into conflicts, that sorta thing. the some of the dogs may be rebelling against the cats, but also the dogs are connected to the feds. i don't know much more than that really, beyond my own experience with chaos magick, spirits and the blessed void
