The Senate just passed my resolution (SJR 1) to blanket rescind all of CA’s previous calls for a federal constitutional convention.

Triggering a constitutional convention could lead to a full rewrite of the Constitution & strip people of basic civil rights. It could be a disaster for our democracy.
