You know, when those Omega teams went into Afghanistan, before the invasion, they had set up these black sites for extracting information from detainees and everything was fine until someone allowed reg Army personnel to take over and run that facility. That was a massive oversight on their part. Although they probably never anticipated those they trusted to operate this place to be stupid enough to take photos of how the sausage was made.
