I'm not the Anon you originally applied to but I took another look at the original image and it seems like they're selling Funko Pops and Anime figurines at he front desk which would be weird for a public library.

I also noticed in the second image it appears that some spines of the books have library labels like pic rel and others don't. So it might be a used bookstore or a library, hard to tell

Either way, this most likely is not a high school library given the older adults present in the pictures
