I was speaking to someone who apparently really needs to get into a new room, she seems chill.
I explained the rent where I am at, and a few things about bathrooms.
She seemed to almost immediately be less interested despite it being a good deal overall.

If I can get to the room walk through is there anything I can do to improve the chance of getting them in the apartment? I really really don't want random people and would much rather it be someone like this who is adjacent to my friend group.
