you can solve this with AI in some minutes of training retard. AI isnt LLMs, you can use hierarchical RL + MPC to figure this out pretty fast both in sample/compute complexity terms. you can also learn on a smaller size problem than 1000 disks and transfer it to a huge problem. it would work. but most people here are larpers not real experts on anything
