It's her default one because she's in a club of spec ops posing as maids. The school uniform sprite has been there since day 1 for some scenes, so that's why there's a bunch of art of it, but only recently has it become an actual playable alt of her (coming next week in global).

Yep, sounds like tom-fuckery on Gaben's side to me. BA really doesn't need Steam for visibility anyways, just announcing an official PC port of BA would've got people running anyways.
