to explore the entire solar system and beyond, you will need a Fusion Drive engine (like in The expanse show) who has almost endless fuel , they can't make fusion work on Earth, in space is a dream
>gravity and radiations
it would kill us slowly in space (cancer, bones and muscles diseases, going blind, circular systems problems etc), so you will need to have some kind of protection in your ship(a water wall for example ) or some kind of special suits, also you will need some kind of anti gravity devices to run at 1G or lower for the Megastructure and humans
>resources and money
you will need to mine a lot of resources from the mining belt, so you will need the things above + a lot of money and time, also what the others anon said (kikes/minorities/women etc)
Overall space exploration and Megastructures are just a pipe dream this century
