Not that bad since a student's interactive furniture increases their spawn chance. Since you've got one invite, you're basically hoping for 2 out of 3 specific girls to spawn. It's brutal if you're aiming for 4 which is where the chance really becomes unlikely. A real challenge is getting all 4 rabbits in their seats. Then you can go one more by aiming for all 5 bunnies(maids) instead.
