End all Visas from known shitholes (such as India), and have mandatory screenings and IQ tests for anybody coming in. Scam degrees from diploma mills are not enough. Tax breaks and refund of all compliance costs to anybody who builds non-luxury housing to increase supply (eg they are refunded their inspection costs and permit application fees with interests)
