ok do i absolutely need any way to cleanse the bear shield or is there another mechanic i'm missing?

i remember starting GF and thinking attachments and getting dolls was a chore, turns out it was possibly the best f2p friendly system i've encountered in a gacha to this day, i may be missing better gachas for that, but they really made GF1 affordable if you didn't ragecraft
