Natives don't hate Mexicans, but Mexican's hate natives (indigenos) in Mexico. They call them lazy and stupid. I guess being a Mexican their options for "punching down" are very limited.
My grandfather was 100% hispanic (born here), but he LOOKED like a Mexican indigeno (tall, dark, big ears, long face). When he would go into Mexico for "business" (smuggling liquor) he would often be denied service at restaurants and other places because they thought we as an indian.

A lot of "tribes" learned the hard way that just giving casino money to their members was a recipe for disaster.
Some will "match" whatever money you make on or off the reservation up to a certain amount. I knew a guy from Pechanga who got his pay matched 2 to 1 (up to 80k / year), so he just got some jerk off job at a toy store (with me) for 40k / year.
Other tribes you MUST work in the casino and/or on the reservation to receive you "casino bucks". They must also stay out of trouble with "fines" for nearly any arrest (with conviction), up to losing ALL access to the casino dividend for life.
