It's true. You'll never see an anime series about the guy who spent 25 years digging a road through a mountain by hand so his town could get faster access to the local hospital. That would be a little too repetitive.

And honestly you're probably not going to write a more hateable villain than Ballas. This guy's done it all, to the point where it's actually almost comical how evil he is.
