Yeah but Venditti, Morrison, Humphries, Thorne and Kennedy Johnson proved you can make a GL series without the rainbow corps and still be boring shit that follows the same plots of Greens die, Guardians do stupid shit, new space empire fight, GL daddy issued induced willpower save the universe. The Rainbow Corps were the only thing that elevated it beyond being Nova Corps but in green, and that's knowing Nova Corps are a Green Lantern Corps ripoff but now they have the same plots of:
