Before T I had almost constant ovarian cysts ruptures that were extremely painful. Pain would last for weeks with no relief. I ignored it, thinking I had some really painful stomach bug that would just pass. I actually did go to the doctor about the pain once, described the pain, and they didn't do any testing, only gave me laxatives and painkillers and told me to fuck off. Then I just ignored it forever.

I started T and the pain went away. Later, I discovered what really happened, because I had ultrasounds and medical testing. Apparently tissue was blasted all over the place and it was obvious that I had internal bleeding for long periods of time. My ovaries were almost entirely scar tissue. One ovary fused with my bladder due to scarring in some way, so the doctor said it would be too risky to my bladder to remove that ovary.

The doctor was shocked that I hadn't died with the state of my insides as a result of estrogen, and that I just put up with the pain for years, a pain compared to going into labour. Ironically, other than removing ovaries (which I've established the doctor was concerned about being too risky), testosterone may have been the only way to fix this issue permanently.

I weekly inject 100 mg testosterone. Can I do a double dose and stop for 2 weeks? My T is illegal/non-prescribed and I'll be on flights.
