PISA is a retarded study that doesn't even exclude refugees that don't understand the language of instruction

Pisa is special!
For example, New Zealand is super high up in the ranking, while Germany is somewhere in the middle.
But prettymuch all German exchange students(there are not soo many) in New Zealand get entrance seminar result that allows them to take 1 or 2 classes above the New Zealanders of the same age group.
So how come New Zealands Pisa results are that good and ours are that bad?
Probably Germany is the only country who filled out the forms correctly...

Every country is responsible on their own to apply the pisa test...maybe Lebanon was just to honest. You never know. Might be that your realy a dumb country, but I would use date of higher quality to make such a claim.
