Haitians ruined the farmland in Haiti. Because sub-Saharan Africans never went through a genetic bottleneck to select for low time preference agriculturalists, they literally genetically cannot do farming at mass scale. They don't have the mental capacity or foresight to delay immediate gratification. These people are naturally hunter gatherers and trying to force an archaic peopels into modern roles is a clown show. Unironically only extremely racist people can turn Haiti around. Fixing Haiti would necessitate acknowledging that different branches of humanity pursued different evolutionary adaptations to their environment. Critically SSAs cannot handle democracy. They need a firm hand to thrive.
