It's more like
>This spell does 3 things:
>1. it casts Pyre at 3 random targets.
>2. it causes Essence Burst to proc more often.
>3. it causes Mastery to work as if the enemies are always at max health.

For #1 I have to look up what that other spell does, simple enough
For #2 I have to look up not only what that other spell does but why it's important since it's a passive. Not to mention it's not even consistent with itself since the spellbook and proc tooltip say different things.
For #3 I have to research what's my class mastery and how it works in conjunction with the targets maximum health
