That definitely is volume 4. However, it's also a very early scene from volume 4. It's something I could see them throwing into the last episode while the ED plays over various scenes. Watching the second PV again, it's the only scene I can see (and recall) that goes beyond volume 3. Multiple scenes from volume 1, 2, and 3, are shown, but just that one from volume 4. It makes one wonder why they wouldn't include more from volume 4 if they plan to adapt it. If they do end up adapting it, and judging by the pace of the anime so far, the anime will go beyond 12 episodes. Which might also mean they weren't done adapting scenes from volume 4 in time for the PV. Maybe we'll get that Renako x Kaho bath scene after all.

I hope the rumor that Watanare might be longer than 12 episodes is true, because the dozen of us Kahofags are going to be pissed if we don't get our Renako x Kaho bath scene.
