jews are basically vampires and fear the sun. as other anons have said, build a tan throughout the spring into summer and you will build up protection. Get outside every day - walking, running, etc - and build up gradually. most of my peers have been sitting inside staring at excel spreadsheets for decades and my skin and overall health is much better than theirs. I still get carded occasionally when buying a beer.
