I'd have to verify, but that would seem off since I think Dober is in a lot more tutorial stages than that. But even so, early chapter tutorial stages are absolutely canon and important. Hell they even made it a point in the anime. But Dober appears in a lot of Rhodes Island stuff anyway, like those records and side stories it says she's in.
