It's not nearly as good as TCAP. The editing isn't as funny, it's done with a more serious tone. Chris as a result isn't as funny either because he takes a harsher tone and comes across as more angry compared to the sarcastic wit he had during TCAP. It tried too hard to come across as a super serious, important police sting show, and not just a sleazy exploitative exercise in humiliating perverts like the original TCAP. I think the cultural impact of the original is part of it too because most of the preds are more guarded in their responses because they know Chris, and even if they don't, they understand the severity of their situations. A lot of the really golden parts of TCAP came from retards thinking they could talk their way out of it or that what they were doing wasn't even illegal.
