Anime only fag here, how do I "git gud" at reading manga? Reading backwards always bothered me and I like color. I've been watching anime for around 25 years, I LOVED manga as a kid but now as an adult my ADHD-addled brain can't handle it.

Some people say just speed read it but how do you enjoy it?
