If Death Battle wants to do a Fate matchup, but not break their break on Nasu's Autistic lore, Punisher vs Kiritsugu Emiya is the easiest to do. Kiritsugu's thing is he he doesn't fight ike a typical mage. He's willing to use modern tech like guns, grenades, mines, bazooks, ect... Mages look down on him because of this, and Kiritsugu is known as the mage killer. He can still use magecraft though.
