It's hard to care about Proxies technically being illegal when literally every character goes onto InterKnot to hire them. Even legitimate business like Belobog head straight there for anything Hollow related. Would have been better if you HIA/Neps affiliated ones, neutral ones that passed some non committal HIA test, and then underground ones that commit real crimes.
