Looking at top end builds, for the first slot you always want the one that boosts P-point Jobs. The second one is more depends on whether you're going for fat build with lots of Fan mail or a thinner build with dates. The third P-item is entirely card specific. I.e. LUV Rinami wants the Yaruki item, while Kamugoriku Kotone and Hakusen Lilja wants the Impression Item.
