Scathing hot take, but I'd argue sheerly from the perspective of being the pinnacle of a cel animated TV series, Cardcaptor Sakura. Every frame is beautiful, well rendered, and expressive, and it's a 70 episode long series. The story is cute and charming as well, probably the best kids' anime
