hint its not the carbs that you cut that made you lose weight. its the combination of carbs and fats from the pasta sauce and cheese resulting in very high calorie meals. "pizza" is not a carb. It has just as many calories from fats as it does from carbs. heres an example. keep in mind each gram of fat has more than twice as many calories as a gram of carbs or protein.

I would never be able to go keto. I already start going hypo on like 1800 calories a day since I lift and do cardio. My diet is pretty high carb too with tons of vegetables, beans, and oatmeal. I just try to keep the carbs mostly clean and fat relatively low. Maybe leave 300 calories a day for some junk. Usually a small bag of candy or for the fat in a chickfila fried chicken sandwich.
