The truth is, they know not how to repent. The wicked will know not how to repent because they will either run away or gnash their teeth at God in a sign only understood by animals that have no better judgment. You already know the rest, in your hand, if you cover your face in the presence of God you are not surrendering to His divine Authority. If you are repentant you will not fear God because God is ever loving. You will fear your life being taken from you. The truth is, so too is the beast who has the mark in his head and in his hand.
