shilling btx i guess, i didn't get a very good price, only up a couple %, but i've been holding it for like 10 months and it pays a very large distribution every month, so i guess i'm "up" a lot. bmez is another i hold, a biotech fund also run by blackrock launched at the same time. anyways btx had a 3% day yesterday, it has private equity holdings as well, so that's a neat selling point. no guarantees it goes up but it's so insanely off it's highs and managed by blackrock so i'm actually really optimistic here as well, if anyone knows what they're doing in the market it's them. it is a term trust, so it gets liquidated in 7 years, but that's quite a long ways off and i have time to prepare and plan. bmez might even be better here, it's at a big nav discount and diligent readers know what i think about biotech. fees are high, but you have to pay up if you want alpha from a fund. gonna eat and watch lotr, back later.
