Frankly it's insanely stupid this isn't how it works in Sims 4 since the tools are way more flexible than before, and you can easily move and rotate both the lot or just the house. So why can't we place multiple lots in the same way as well? You can't even clone entire houses to make shitty semi-detached duplexes for the ultimate soulless modern construction without manually copying things room-by-room.
