Usually I only go on twitter 1-2 times a day when getting my fix since going on more than 1-2 times usually makes it show random stuff idc about
honestly since chapters 3-4 dropped I've been more chilled out with working on my own game, I used to do like 3-4 hours a day every day for 2-3 years and holy fuck it was miserable. Playing deltarune again helped kill a lot of my perfectionism and overthinking at least.
