I think because men, at least when they're young, simply can't pull off the natural feminine look, they're skin is too coarse, features too hard, body ain't right, it's just not gonna happen. Whereas a girl can, in a lot of cases, be masculinised really easily because you can just add onto it with muscle and fat. The woman just has to get on a good T dose and go to a gym and eat, you're just adding shit to a pre-existing structure, but the guy has to remove and modify their house and a mansion can never be a cabin, no matter what you take away, the house always remains, and it's clear as day, regardless of how much pink paint you add ;3
