Fifteen military trucks carrying Chechen fighters have arrived in occupied Mariupol from Russia — the largest such group since 2023, according to Petro Andriushchenko, head of the Center for the Study of Occupation.

Preliminary reports suggest they are expected to relocate to Zaporizhzhia Oblast (in the area of Enerhodar / Melitopol / Vasylivka) today or tomorrow as part of a rotation. This is the largest Chechen unit recorded in Mariupol since 2023.
