Godzilla is a male 99% of the time. Showa Godzilla had a novelization/scrapped movie script where it was revealed that Goji was a pregnant female alien who then died from diabetes. Biollante is also technically a part of Godzilla and explicitly female, but that's because she was made up of Goji, plant DNA, and the DNA of a scientist's dead daughter.
