Because we've been at the point where art design matters more than hyper-realistic graphics for 15 years now. It's the same reason why Mirror edge still looks great in 2025 and Expedition 33 looks great from an aesthetic standpoint. Same thing goes for the gameplay too: it's just refined to put the focus on combat and all the systems being fun to engage with rather than being a retarded movie game which has no reason to exist.
