I myself had a lot of experience doing content outside the "normal" team, I know of many cope options for up to 10 teams when I did TOR Binah for the first time.

Even for those you listed, they are meta for some durations of time, if you build them you shouldn't be regretting them.

Seia is and can be used for a lot of contents, she's a good unit and meta-wise should be rolled if you're able to.
