I think Trinity Soul would have been remembered more if they fully committed to killing the Whale instead of of it ending in a happy ending in the last five minutes. The whole anime is made around building up the climax and that one moment of the Whale. But it is such a good twist the deity normally fought in persona is a good thing for humanity.
