there's 3 types of drive rushes:
1. cancelling into drive rush from a normal, costing 3 bars
this has two ways to be performed:
- during the cancel window of a normal attack, tap forwards twice
- during the cancel window of a normal attack, tap the parry button

2. cancelling a parry into drive rush, costing ~1.1 bars
while you are in neutral, hold parry, and tap forwards twice

3. performing an instant drive rush, costing 1 bar
this is done by two different ways:
- while you are in neutral, tap forwards, then forward + parry at the same time
- while you are in recovery, hold parry, and tap forwards twice
